Ember is our new á la carte restaurant and is headed up by former National Chef of Wales, Tom Westerland. Ember offers an exciting menu of dishes cooked over coals and inspired by fire and flame - alongside an evening tasting menu. We advise our guests to pre-book the tasting menu, which must be enjoyed by the whole table.
